Donation:

"Forms of Art" is very happy to announce that a percentage from the profits gained in 2007 was given as a scholarship donation to one of the children of an artisan working for us.

This donation was given to Natalia Cardona from Bogota -Colombia. Natalia is 10 years old and her father is the Colombian Artisan that hand paints our beautiful wood trays and serving accessories which have been so successful here in the UAE.

Natalia was selected early January 2008 by lucky draw from a group of children of the artisans working with us. The children enrolled were between 5 and 12 years old.

Forms of Art made the full payment of her 2008 school fees and also bought her new uniforms, books and stationary items that were required by the school. She started 6th grade in February and will be finishing it in November 2008.

We want to send Natalia and her family a big hug and share with you our feelings of happiness for being able to help her and make a difference. Our inspiration, as we have always said, is to help the artisans working with us.
